I have activated an international roaming plan on my number, but even after almost 15 days, I am still unable to make any calls.
I have already raised a complaint through your customer care, but unfortunately there has been no solution or proper response so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.
I request you to kindly look into this issue urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. I am very disappointed with the customer care service regarding this matter.
