I placed an order on the platform on 6th Dec at 5:30 p.m. and waited a long time, but my order was never delivered. After 8 p.m., there was no way to contact the support team. The next morning, when we reached out, we were told that our order wasn't confirmed and were advised to cancel it, despite having already made the payment. This experience is extremely disappointing and a total waste of time.
