I ordered an item meant to be a Christmas gift on December 16th, 2025, but I didn't realize it was from a third-party seller using this shipping service. The tracking showed it was "shipped," then switched to "Delivery Exception," and stopped updating on December 27th, 2025, after briefly indicating it was "in transit" again. I emailed the company several times without receiving a response. Their site suggested chatting with them, but only through a messaging platform I don't use. I eventually had to open a ticket with the platform for a refund, feeling upset that the Christmas gift never arrived.
