I ordered an item as a Christmas gift on December 16th, 2025, but I didn't realize it was shipped by a third-party seller. The tracking initially indicated it was "shipped," then showed a "Delivery Exception" and stopped updating on December 27th, 2025, after briefly saying it was "in transit" again. I reached out to the company multiple times via email without any response. Their website mentioned chatting options, but only through a platform I don't use. I ultimately had to file a ticket with the platform for a refund, feeling terrible that the gift never arrived.

I'm disappointed with the service I received. The delivery personnel refused to bring my bed frame upstairs and instead expected me to carry it myself. When I declined, he rudely stated that he wasn’t paid to assist. This was highly unprofessional, and I was shocked by the lack of respect. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
They maintained professionalism and honored their pricing. Shipping times varied based on container size, but they delivered on schedule, and my items arrived in great condition. Overall, it was a seamless experience. I would gladly use their service again!
Honestly, this company is one of the worst to work with. They lure you in with low prices but then increase them after receiving your cargo. They overmeasure shipments and consistently fail to deliver on time. They provide misleading information at every step and use cheap flights, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, they are unprofessional and feel more like a scam. If you want to take a chance on them, that's up to you.
This company is truly disappointing. The staff struggles with English and are unwilling to provide clear answers or details. There seems to be a lack of transparency, making it difficult to communicate. I strongly advise against using this service for international forwarding.
