I ordered an item as a Christmas gift on December 16th, 2025, but I didn't realize it was shipped by a third-party seller. The tracking initially indicated it was "shipped," then showed a "Delivery Exception" and stopped updating on December 27th, 2025, after briefly saying it was "in transit" again. I reached out to the company multiple times via email without any response. Their website mentioned chatting options, but only through a platform I don't use. I ultimately had to file a ticket with the platform for a refund, feeling terrible that the gift never arrived.
