I purchased a 5kg chicken shawarma, and upon opening it at my store, I found it deformed. When I reported this to the staff, they suggested I call customer care (which never answers) or email them. I made it clear that I wasn't seeking a refund but wanted to know how to handle this issue in the future. Their response was to have the delivery team check every frozen item upon delivery. Is this truly the solution a company of this size would recommend? No one seemed willing to listen to my concerns. Very disappointing.
