I visited the local branch to address an issue with a defective frozen item, but the staff were unhelpful. The customer support is virtually non-existent; my calls went unanswered. I purchased a 5kg chicken shawarma, and upon opening it at my store, I found it deformed. When I reported this to the staff, they suggested I call customer care (which never answers) or email them. I made it clear that I wasn't seeking a refund but wanted to know how to handle this issue in the future. Their response was to have the delivery team check every frozen item upon delivery. Is this truly the solution a company of this size would recommend? No one seemed willing to listen to my concerns. Very disappointing.

I've been a customer for 15 years, primarily collecting my orders from the local branch. The service is exceptional, and I'm usually on my way within 10 minutes of my typical 6am arrival. Both the office and warehouse staff are very accommodating. On the rare occasion I encounter an issue, the customer service team resolves it satisfactorily. The prices and product selection are quite good, which is why I've remained a loyal customer for so long.
