Ordered a tracksuit and decided to pay through klarna over 3 months plus postage. Paid first payment. Tracksuit come didnt fit paid to sent it back and put klarna payment on hold. Jkattire received my item and said I could only have a a voucher because it was sale. I reached out to them because I wasn't happy and didnt want anything else but they issued me a voucher for £58. Even though I owe klarna £65 with postage. I found something else to order but the postage come up another £9 they charged me separate postage for each item. So in all I had to pay first postage then another one because I couldnt have a refund pkus the return postage. So in all its cost me about £19 in just postage. Plus klarna is still in hold which is have to pay. Its probably all confusing but if your not sure your going to keep your item if you order from this company then except a voucher if its a discounted item which most of them are thats how they get you. 😓
