Jk attire has beautifully made clothing made with quality materials. I’ve made two orders so far the first one was perfect. The second one unfortunately I think my parcel was stolen but I have every faith in JK attire to resolve this matter. My first two tracksuits were incredible. They felt amazing and I looked good in them, without a doubt I will continue to buy from JK attire……..
After reading reviews I got worried however the tracksuit size was good. Delivery came after 10 days took longer but not tragic. They do need to improve their customer service and tracking system as you can’t fully track where your package is but apart from that it wasn’t terrible.
Total and complete scam. Took my money and did nothing for over a month. When I finally complained, sent me a FAKE tracking number that claimed my package was delivered over two weeks prior. Never attempted to address the issue and simply stole my money. I don’t even believe a product ever existed. What kind of legitimate site has a little disclaimer that says customers must let them know a package was not received within 14 days of their order—but fails to send any tracking information until a month later?
Great experience with JK Attire. The team was very helpful when I needed to chase up my product and kept me informed throughout. The product itself fits perfectly, true to size, and the quality of the material is excellent. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I’d definitely recommend them.
I ordered a tracksuit and some cargo shorts for my son Christmas time, they eventually arrived but had no confirmation as to when!
The tracksuit was too small, we ordered a medium as guided by the measurements on website, the shorts were a good fit. However, we sent the tracksuit back 31st December asking for next size up, weeks went by heard nothing, contacted them several times, heard nothing back, more weeks went by in which time I emailed every two days for an update, eventually I had a response 4th Feb saying they were out of stock 🤦♀️ in the meantime my son was away wearing his shorts, first time and they ripped across the whole seem in side leg, I have since contacted them again and guess what??? There’s nothing they can do as it’s been over 30 days, even tho it’s their fault. I would never order from this company again. Disappointed in goods, fuming with lack of contact, just rude for lack of customer service. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

This is my first review on trust pilot which shows how horrible their service is. I purchased 2 zip up hoodies and some joggers in size medium. I have ordered same items from JKA before, however this time the sizing was off. The sleeve length on the jacket came too short and the joggers were very tight. If i exchange it for a large then the items would be too big. Following this I requested a refund, which JKA said they will process it within 14 days. I returned the items on the 08/01/26. I didn’t receive any email to confirm the refund has been issued to I contacted them regarding this. They emailed me back saying they will look into it. Following this there was no respond from the customer service agent (useless). Today I noticed in my junk folder that JKA issued store credit on the 04/02/26. What am I supposed to do with the store credit when there sizing has changed and doesn’t fit me anymore?. I have left an email mentioning if this isn’t resolved I will contacting trading standards (citizen advice) and report this scam of a company. I suggest all the people who have had the same issue to do the same. They can’t keep getting away with this!!! There is many more reviews mentioning the same issue.
Sent item back after 1 day, took over a month for them to state they have received it, although had email, sent a few emails and had reply saying we are dealing with it. Then comes the email, “it out of the return time”, joke really, worst returns policy and customer service I’ve experienced, never gain
I placed an order totaling £127.48 on 9 January, expecting delivery within 1–2 days since it was intended as a gift. However, as of 18 January, it has been 9 days with no parcel received, and I have not been given any tracking details or a clear update on delivery.
When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that the fulfilment team was still “preparing the order,” despite missing the delivery deadline by a significant amount. Since the item was no longer required due to the delay, I requested to cancel the order or initiate a refund.
After following up again regarding the cancellation/refund, I have received no response whatsoever. Being disregarded after spending this amount of money, without any product or information, is unacceptable.
This service makes misleading delivery claims, has inadequate logistics, and provides very unresponsive customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.
I strongly advise against using this company. I ordered my items well ahead of Christmas, but they have yet to arrive. A mystery gift came, but the tracksuit is still listed as 'in transit.' The support team on WhatsApp couldn't assist, and my emails have gone unanswered. The tracking information is nonexistent. Perhaps the company should reconsider its choice of courier. I had a much better experience with another service, which provided excellent items and reliable delivery.
