I've had several JLab earbuds, always recommended them to my friends and family. Then, one of the ears of one pair of mine fell on the street, and I sent JLab a message. They were very responsive and gave me information on how to replace it (by paying only the equivalent of one ear, which I thought was very pleasing. Well, until one other bought in two weeks had an ear stop working, and I tried to resolve both issues at once. Guess what, they simply stopped answering my e-mails. Flat out ignored. And then, the pair I bought for my roomate, started having issues too, like two months after the purchase. It's been five totally ignored e-mails and a very crappy feeling of someone burning my money. Please avoid this brand at all costs.
