My time with jlab is over and it's their own fault. I saved up my points for many months when I went to use them I could not find my reward points or anything pertaining to their reward points program on their website. The lady I spoke with said that was "really weird" and said she would check what the problem is and took all of my info. She then said "oh we ended our rewards program" after gaslighting me and telling me how weird it was that I could not find anything pertaining to their rewards program on their website. They told NO ONE that they were ending their rewards points program nor did they put anything on their website to announce the end of their reward points program. The lady on the phone said sorry and said she would be issuing me a $25 discount code. (that's what she said I did not misunderstand her) When I tried the discount code she gave me it did not work. I asked her if the code will work for ANY item. She confirmed yes that it would work on ANY item. It did not work on the item of my choice. I tried another item and discovered it took $6.25 off the other item I checked. So she lied and said $25 off and actually gave me 25% off when my points I earned were worth over well over $15 dollars, more like $20-$25. I tried cancelling an order I placed previously and (at the time the order) was not fulfilled and she refused. She aided in my decision to end ANY future wireless earbud orders with jlab. I promptly order a new pair that cost even less then the order she was refusing to cancel. I love how the lady sent me emails after the fact to try to cover her rear as if that will change reality. They should have treated a long time customer better.
