GEN 2 ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE USA AND THIS VERSION DOES NOT CONNECT WITH ANY OF THEIR APPS.here it is again: DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS - they are useless. They don't work with their old App or the new App and therefore you cannot control the functions whatsoever. Support was useless and dont take accountability for selling a product (In the UK) that is not fit for purpose. They are still advertised on all of their retail outlets in the UK. I paid £69.99 for them and they literally do not work. They dont even sell the 2nd generation in the UK (apparently the only ANC Version that work with the App) to replace them. It should be be illegal to sell goods that are not fit for purpose. I have raised this with Trading Standards in the UK.
