Even after providing the tracking number and proof of postage right away, I spent almost a month trying to get updates from them with no clear communication, no prompt refund, and no reimbursement for the return shipping. Customer service was unresponsive, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
