Even after providing the tracking number and proof of postage right away, I spent almost a month trying to get updates with no clear communication, no prompt refund, and no reimbursement for the return shipping. The support team was unresponsive, and I had to keep reaching out just to receive basic information. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

The bags are of excellent quality, almost comparable to higher-end options, and the prices are quite reasonable. If anyone is looking for a good quality bag, this would be a perfect choice. Their customer service is also commendable; they respond quickly.

The only note I have is regarding the name—having worked in the automotive industry, I was surprised that the name might cause confusion. Honestly, I’m surprised that the automotive brand hasn’t challenged the name and logo.

Thankfully, I paid through a payment service, so I'll also raise an issue there, but my advice is to avoid this company due to the hassle.
