I contacted customer service, which has limited hours, and after waiting for a reply, I got nothing. I tried calling but got no answer. I'm very concerned about having ordered something over £100 with missing parts and no way to contact them. The item I ordered is now off their website, leading me to think I received the last one without the necessary components. I plan to seek advice on my rights under consumer law. Thankfully, I paid through a payment service, so I'll also raise an issue there, but my advice is to avoid this company due to the hassle.
