placed an order with my business via ACH and later denied and order was cancelled when i was locked in a good price for a customer. my funds never dropped below that order amount so not sure why they cancelled it. it said internal review cancelled it. so now i have to explain to customer why his order is now going to cost $600 more when he locked in at a good rate...
