placed an order with my business via ACH and later denied and order was cancelled when i was locked in a good price for a customer. my funds never dropped below that order amount so not sure why they cancelled it. it said internal review cancelled it. so now i have to explain to customer why his order is now going to cost $600 more when he locked in at a good rate...
I’ve spent well over $300,000 with JM Bullion, yet my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Repeated delays on every single order, lack of communication, and broken promises have made doing business with them extremely painful.
● Promised quick shipping turned into multiple weeks of waiting with no updates.
● Payments cleared immediately, but order fulfillment often did not happen for weeks.
● Customer service repeatedly ignored my emails or gave vague, unhelpful responses.
● On several occasions, I had to fight just to get tracking, let alone delivery.
● For the amount of business I’ve done, I expected accountability — instead I was treated like a number.
A company claiming reliability should be able to process and ship major orders without constant excuses. My experience reflects a pattern of poor operations and customer neglect.
Do not trust your money with them unless you’re ok with endless delays and terrible support.
I am writing this review because of the simple fact that they most recently have changed their shipping policy from being free with purchases over $199 to being free with purchases over $499. I thought from what I saw in the beginning that it was a great company when I first started doing business with them, I switched from other precious metal dealers to them for the simple fact of the free shipping and the deals that they would do on a regular basis. Certain companies had flat shipping rates no matter how much you purchased, and never did any sales or did anything to benefit the customers. Now that the prices of precious metals is on a major upward trend, that all has changed. It seems like all the dealers, (not just JM Bullion) are doing everything in their control to make that extra dollar off anybody that does business with them, I've noticed this through the major differences in margins between their sales to their buybacks. The spread difference that has increased has gotten more ridiculous the more the price has climbed, and what's even worse is the amount that most bullion dealers are willing to pay for BuyBacks. If you do the math, to me it's downright disrespectful how they look at customers. I dealt with it and understood it because I knew that they had to make their money too. But knowing the difference in the spread, when I saw the free shipping price rise that much that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I have loyally been using them for quite some time now, and I wanted to write this to see if it showed up on their website within the next several days. If it doesn't then I will contact them and make my complaint known. I'm sure everybody has noticed how things have changed and how fast it's happened. It's bad enough that sometimes it takes over a month maybe two for people to get their packages, and now this? When is enough gonna be enough?
After a month they canceled my order.
They made up a story about a supervisor call that I never got. They lied that my order was packed in a box and ready to ship but somehow it was canceled 3 weeks later.
Use another seller.
Customer service is non existant. I'm not even sure anybody works here because I can't get ahold of anybody. Definately do NOT reccomend this business.
If they don't have time for their customers who have questions about their orders they have no right to be a functioning business.
I've made five purchases of 2oz silver coins over the past two weeks. Each time, the price increased by 5-6% after my purchase, yet the coins were still shipped. The last order was a pre-sale, so I'm curious about the outcome after today's 7% rise, but I trust they will deliver. Despite my concerns from reading negative reviews, my experience has been five-star quality.
Terrible experience buyers be ware , I purchased a gold bar from them oct 26th today is November 10th and I still don’t have any shipment update , customer representative are useless they keep giving me longer estimate when I asked for my money back they demanded a 10% cancellation fee even though they the ones at fault , not buying from them ever again !!
Product has not shipped, they print a tracking label but has not taken the package to USPS according to USPS tracking service. They have not responded to the sent emails. Was on hold for over a hour before talking to a person who told me their warehouse shipped my package, Even though USPS tracking system said they have not received it yet. I asked for a refund, but they could not until they got their package back, but it never was shipped. Buy bullion somewhere else.
