Stay away and thank me later. In my experiences they have the worst customer service in the industry. They short shipped me 70 items. Sent my order with another person’s packing slip, admitted to their mistake and weeks later and several hours on the phone they still have no resolution. It should be simple, give me a refund or give me the product you shorted me. Instead it’s me spending hours on the phone and online going in a giant circle of bureaucracy with no resolution. Meanwhile they have my money and I have no choice but to keep wasting hours of my day over and over until I eventually get some sort of resolution. Their customer service has continually gone downhill. Whoever is in charge of their call center is destroying their reputation in the industry. They might not care about customer service while metals are hot but when the market eventually pulls back their horrible customer service might just be the thing that puts them out of business unless they do something to remedy the situation.
