The job center has proven to be quite unhelpful. My partner has been unemployed for 1.5 years, and they have done little to assist him in finding a job. Their name seems misleading, as when he requests to be enrolled in courses, he is often brushed off. I gave them a second star because they did provide him with a laptop.
