They send a great many resumes, and most seem well targeted, though not all. I have good control over what resume is sent and I probably don't take advantage of all the features they have to offer. All in all, I've been very happy with the service, and will be even happier when I start getting interviews! This is a tough time for software developers, and I'm counting on them to help me contact a great many prospects.
