Review Time
Well, I went the old route and got my applications looked at maybe a few times a week at most, then I switched over to this platform and my dang phone and emails blew up. So many choices in employment opportunities it was kinda crazy and a bit overwhelming to say the least.
So many issues.
1. I set it to only send on approval, yet it would still randomly send resumes w/o my approval. Last one it sent 3 slightly different version of the resume to the same company for 3 different locations, all on the same job post. 100% unprofessional ass a job seeker
2. Now this is a little b it on me but generally speaking the system would just lie on AI generated resumes. Let me preface this with saying I did run it on autopilot for a few weeks before i discovered this. I do not have a Bachelors degree, nor does my source resume show that. Yet, anytime it would find a job that said "required bachelors" it would make up a school, degree that fit the role, and date range. WTF? But what makes it unusable is if you switch to approve before send, there is NO WAY to edit the resume before it sends.
Overall the system is jr. level development with very few safeguards. Just a company out to make quick cash on legitimate people actually trying to find jobs.
I am extremely satisfied with the number of job applications handle by jobhire AI has completed by utilizing and improving my information. It really represents an advantage on the job market now
I registered around 15 days ago and have submitted 58 applications to date. So far, I’ve landed one interview, received three rejections, and the rest are still awaiting responses. Overall, the interface is user-friendly and the experience feels quite efficient. The platform has introduced me to job opportunities beyond my typical search parameters, which has been particularly beneficial considering the breadth of my job hunt lately. The interview I obtained was even outside of my usual focus, which I view as a significant advantage. Currently, I feel hopeful and intend to keep using the service for at least another month.

I can find many job opportunities that fit my qualifications independently, yet the platform only found one that barely aligns with my criteria. I anticipated it would help customize my resume for each application by allowing me to input job listings, but it only applies to jobs it finds, which is a small fraction of what I can find on my own. Additionally, it restricts you to three job titles, and the suggestions are lacking. Overall, a complete waste of money.
