I am deeply concerned that I have been charged an unauthorized $69 from my account by Job Leads. I paid for the 14 day free trial on February 9. On the 23 February, I submitted my cancelation. Let it be clear that I cancelled way before midnight. I was still within the 14 day trial. Despite this, they proceeded to bill me. It seems to me that the Job Leads system failed to capture the cancellation. The 14 day free trial is misleading because automatically upgrade your account to premium. Jobleads has great tools and presents itself as a credible company hence I hope they will provide much needed clarity and resolve! I have sent them an email and I will come back and positively update this review.
