I am deeply concerned that I have been charged an unauthorized $69 from my account by Job Leads. I paid for the 14 day free trial on February 9. On the 23 February, I submitted my cancelation. Let it be clear that I cancelled way before midnight. I was still within the 14 day trial. Despite this, they proceeded to bill me. It seems to me that the Job Leads system failed to capture the cancellation. The 14 day free trial is misleading because automatically upgrade your account to premium. Jobleads has great tools and presents itself as a credible company hence I hope they will provide much needed clarity and resolve! I have sent them an email and I will come back and positively update this review.
I had subscribed jobslead for 14days membership. Then after the membership was finished, i was charged with $95. Without any communication from the team i was charged such amount. So i came trustpilot platform for giving the review,about jobslead. I attached the receipt of deducted amount and i mailed to Jobslead team,created tickets for refund. Trustpilot team escalated to jobslead team about this review. After this feedback jobslead team responded to me well and the amount was also refunded. Thank you to the Jobslead team and trustpilot platform for the support and assistance during this time. This feedback is not advertised but i personally faced this and i came over the issue successfully.
To tell you the truth I wasn't expecting someone would actually rate my resume but I do have some insight on what makes a good resume, not great but enough to get your point across. Somehow, the free review made me more informed than the tips I find online and for that, I greatly appreciated it, and now I know what works and what's not and it helped me realized what's missing in my resume.

They are scammer and unethical company who charges on your credit card without any intimation. They have charge INR 3990 that I never authorized. No notice no intimation they use initial credit card details for trial subscription and renew without any intimation or consent from user.
Job Leads offer a trial for 14 days, and dupe you into a premium contract for over 6 months at a very high rate. They do not tell you up front that you can only cancel after 6 months or so. For a trial its R49 (ZAR) and thereafter over R600.00 (ZAR) pm for 6 months or longer.
Nothing more than a scam
SCAM COMPANY. Taking money from you and not notifying you after 14 day trial. Very small print and not obvious when you sign up to the £2.99 fee. Job adds irrelevant and outdated. STAY WELL CLEAR!! Otherwise they will deduct 69.9 $, today morning they deduct my money, 😭

Absolutely useless. and never buy premium. I magically got zero jobs in search just after buying premium and it keeps redirecting me to creating some stupid resume that i dont want
