If the application process goes through Jobrack itself my advice is simple. Do not waste your time.The process is frustratingly long and inefficient. It starts with an extensive written application followed by an automated one way video interview that leads nowhere. Then come the unpaid tasks only to receive a generic rejection email from unprofessional recruiters claiming you lack the required expertise.I have over seven years of experience in digital marketing across multiple fields yet I have been rejected for roles that list two to three years of experience as a requirement. If that is not enough I have no idea who is.If a job allows direct applications to the employer go for it. But if it goes through Jobrack’s internal process save yourself the time and frustration.
