The service has noticeably declined compared to six years ago when it was excellent. Back then, the support was fantastic, but it's not the same now, especially with the recent representatives. I secured two positions without issues back then, including paid tests. Currently, despite finding ideal roles for my skills, I've either been ignored or received generic rejections. There seems to be a bias, as it feels like only candidates from certain regions are prioritized. I even contacted one of the companies I applied to, and they were surprised that none of my tests had been received.
I've encountered several frustrating experiences with the service over the years. There have been lengthy, unpaid assignments, rejections without any feedback, and a lack of transparency. In one instance, a company using the service mishandled my personal identification. The response from the support team was merely to advise me to report it to the authorities instead of taking accountability. I don't feel that candidates are valued or safeguarded on this platform. I wouldn't recommend it.
