My Unfavorable Experience with Jobrack :1. Unreliability: My interactions with Jobrack have led me to believe that they cannot be relied upon. Their consistent unreliability was evident across various stages of our interaction.2. Irrelevant Emails: I constantly receive spam emails that have absolutely nothing to do with the job I'm seeking. This not only feels unprofessional but is also incredibly annoying.3.Cumbersome Job Applications : The application process was unduly long and tedious. Filling out the application took much longer than it should have, and the whole process felt disorganized, further diminishing my trust in their service.4.Time-consuming: Instead of facilitating my job search, they seem to have made it more time-consuming than necessary.5.Lack of Responses: After investing time and effort into filling out applications, I expected at least some feedback. However, for some of my applications, I received no email response whatsoever, which is very disappointing.6.Meeting Mishaps: After spending half an hour completing an application, we set a meeting. They failed to show up as agreed. To make matters worse, they sent me a Calendly link for just a 15-minute call. If a company is hiring, it doesn't make sense for me to first talk with them instead of being directly connected with the potential employer.It's worth noting that my experience with Jobrack wasn't always negative. About three years ago, they were efficient, and I even secured a job through them. It's disheartening to see such a decline in their service quality and responsiveness over the years.My recommendation would be to avoid them and seek more reliable alternatives.
