Their approach made me feel valued and appreciated as a candidate. I highly recommend the hiring company to anyone seeking new career opportunities. While I acknowledge that the timing of the hiring process is largely outside of Jobrack’s control, the one aspect that could be improved is the time between applying for a job and receiving an offer. I would appreciate it if Jobrack could establish guidelines or encourage companies to expedite their hiring process, if feasible.
