I sought assistance through the platform, but unfortunately, help never came. It was surprising and disappointing to receive an invoice for €29 despite no service being provided. I reached out to the support team for clarification, as I believe it's unfair to charge for an undelivered service. Overall, this experience was frustrating and lacked adequate support and follow-up. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
