I reached out to the support team for clarification, as I believe it's unfair to charge for an undelivered service. Overall, this experience was frustrating and lacked adequate support and follow-up. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

The service fee is excessively high; I paid €87 for three helpers for four hours, and each was paid €60. Then, an additional service fee of €87? That’s half of the total payment! The conditions of the service fee are unfair; I paid €180 for three helpers and then they charge €87!! For what? This is only suitable for those who are truly desperate!
I booked a student bartender for our wedding, and after confirming everything, he disappeared on us! This left us in a difficult situation on the wedding day! If it weren't for our amazing family and friends who stepped in, we would have been extremely stressed!
A frustrating experience with this service. My booking was mishandled by the staff during a phone call, and I only received an invoice without any other details. If you enjoy being treated poorly by incompetent individuals, this is the service for you. I also didn’t receive any email confirmation of my booking, just an invoice. This was an extremely disappointing experience; I requested the platform to post an offer for a garden party. The offer never materialized, and I had no assistance that day. The next day, they charged me for absolutely nothing, so BE AWARE that even without any offers and the job never done, they still charge for posting it on their platform. It feels like a scam, and I will never use them again! It’s ridiculous that I still had to pay them!
We had an awful experience with the platform, and we want to warn others. We traveled a long distance to assist with a move, putting in a lot of effort and time. Despite working hard, we were told we would be paid through the platform, which felt suspicious. After several attempts to reach out, the person blocked us, and the platform claimed they weren’t responsible. We ended up getting nothing for our hard work. We are extremely disappointed and will never use this service again.
I requested a moving service and hired two helpers. After completing the service, I paid them €66. A month later, I received an invoice from the company that included the cost of the helpers. When I informed them that the helpers had been paid in cash, they asked me to contact the helpers to confirm this. After much back and forth, the helpers confirmed the payment, but the company refused to update the invoice and continued demanding more money. They keep harassing me with threats of legal action.
