I paid a one-time fee to have my CV made, and after a few months, they started charging my card again without my permission. This has now happened twice — once in February and again in March. I did not authorize these payments, and this is extremely unprofessional.
I have already emailed them about this issue, but they have not responded me yet. Taking payments without clear consent and then ignoring customer emails is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they fix their billing practices and customer support.
