Review Time
I paid a one-time fee to have my CV made, and after a few months, they started charging my card again without my permission. This has now happened twice — once in February and again in March. I did not authorize these payments, and this is extremely unprofessional.
I have already emailed them about this issue, but they have not responded me yet. Taking payments without clear consent and then ignoring customer emails is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they fix their billing practices and customer support.
This is completely useless. Its so expensive and it offers nothing. They dont let you download in any format and no Cv is worth that much money. You probably wont get the job using it thats how bad it is.
My experience was just okay, but there are definitely areas that need enhancement. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were issues that impacted my overall satisfaction. The communication and service could use more consistency. I think the company has the potential to improve with a few adjustments.
I'm really distressed that money was withdrawn from my account without my approval. I only meant to create a resume, not enroll in an unwanted service. Who approved this charge? I need to cancel my subscription—how can I do that? Please just terminate it.
