Well for a very long time i have patronised jobyco for all my shipments.Sometimes the van gets full and they rebook me for the next day or two.The normal trend is get the bookings and wait for the pick up van. Once that is done: it's end of business.But something new happened with my last shipment.There is a lady there called Vanesa, and this is actually the first time she handled my bookings. After the bookings I told her to ensure that they come as booked. And she affirmed it will be done as booked and the driver will txt in the morning.Well by mid morning, no txt and as I decided to call, then came a call and guess who was on the line...It was Vanesa calling to check if I had been vontacted or received a txt.When I said no, she apologised and said I should not worry. She will check and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called and said the van man will cintact me shortly.The van man called me and and said I will be with me in about an hour.He did came and picked my box.Vanesa called again if my box was picked and I alright.THIS IS WHAT WE CALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN BUSINESS.The little extra care shown to us remains forever, not just the bookings and picking up the box.Kind Regards,C M
