My experience with the service has been disappointing. I’ve used them for a couple of years, and there was an instance where they failed to collect a parcel despite my availability. Recently, they haven't shown up for collection for two weeks with no communication. In response to their follow-up: I was told they would collect but no one came, and I received no updates.
