Using the coupon is very hectic at times. In my experience, I just wanted to book 2 nights stay, however, the hotels which showed availability on the Jochen Schweizer portal, did not actually had any vacancy. This happened 3 times. Eventually, I had to book an accomodation quite in the outskirts of the city and the trip was essential. Please improve the coordination between the hotels/sponsors/trip organisers and your portal/customer care. It honestly feels over-engineered. Keep simple.Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy these coupon.
