Confusion Regarding Voucher Validity

I thought the voucher included both thermal bathing and sauna, but after purchasing, I found out it only covered bathing. I accidentally booked for the wrong date and tried to change it when a slot opened up, but I only received a response the next day, causing me to miss the chance to reschedule. There should be a cancellation policy that allows a full refund if plans change. This experience makes me lean towards other platforms.

Complete waste of money

Complicated Purchase Process

The purchase process is quite complicated. There are multiple forms to fill out. It feels more geared towards gifting rather than personal use. Why do I need to buy a voucher instead of booking directly? I simply want to enjoy the activity for myself.

Still Waiting for My Delivery

It’s been two weeks, and I still haven’t received my delivery, despite their claim of 2-3 working days. Reaching the support team by phone is difficult, which meant I couldn't gift my husband on Valentine's Day. Very disappointing.

Great Gift Idea, but Limited Choices

There are many offers available for which one can buy a coupon, making it seem like a great gift idea. However, the actual choices are quite limited. Most offers seem theoretically available, but booking the events is challenging. Despite having a 250 EUR coupon, after nearly three years of searching, we felt very disappointed. Some offerings were only available far in the future, and trying to find something suitable was frustrating. In the end, we used part of our coupon for a cooking class, which was interesting but not what we originally wanted. We won’t be giving such coupons as gifts again.

Gift Card Issues

I created a gift card on October 26, the same day I gave it as a birthday gift. When scanning the code, it indicated it was already used. I immediately contacted the seller, and now, on November 12, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me embarrassed with this gift. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you must purchase, at least use a secure payment method to ensure you can get your money back.
