I had a terrible experience with this seller. I ordered a dressing gown and matching pajamas for a birthday. The dressing gown never arrived, and the pajamas were only the bottoms. While I acknowledge my part in the misunderstanding, the description was misleading. I wasn't informed that the dressing gown was canceled or about a refund.
