I experienced fantastic service today, with a very welcoming staff. What really matters to me is their skill in folding the clothes I bought and packing them neatly in the bag. 😀 I even complimented the cashier on how well she folded the jacket I got. Thank you!
I ordered two shirts for my son as Christmas gifts and paid for express delivery, but they never arrived. I reached out to the support team, and they promised to send them again, yet they still haven't shown up. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue, especially since they previously didn't use this delivery service. Now my son is left without a Christmas present, and I can't express how let down I feel.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I ordered a dressing gown and matching pajamas for a birthday celebration. The dressing gown never arrived, and the pajamas were just the bottoms. While I accept some responsibility for the misunderstanding, the description was misleading. However, the dressing gown was never delivered, and I was never informed about its cancellation or a refund.
The customer service was shockingly poor. I tried using a Black Friday code from an email they sent, but it didn't work. After contacting them, I received no response to my web form, and when I called, after a long wait, I was told the code didn't apply to my items. The email didn't specify that it was for outlet items only. I spent a lot on my order and felt completely ignored. I won't be returning.
I ordered a burgundy military-style jacket in size 18, and it fits perfectly. The jacket is beautiful with a lovely floral lining. Delivery to France was prompt, and I received updates throughout. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this seller.
I ordered an item 12 days ago, and it hasn't been dispatched despite being listed as in stock. I've emailed twice without a reply from customer service. The service has been absolutely terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before.
I ordered a waistcoat on November 9th, but there was no sign of delivery. When my wife called customer service, she was informed that the item was out of stock and would not be available. It's poor customer service to not notify customers that an order has been canceled. Why advertise items if you don't intend to fulfill orders? I won't be purchasing from them again.
Everything is overpriced and made from harmful materials, essentially plastic. A poncho that costs a few pounds to produce is priced at £55. You'll be inhaling plastic particles, which can end up in our water and affect the environment. Consider whether it's worth it for your wallet and the planet.
