Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, the management has not responded, and customer support is virtually nonexistent. The issue is that payment for the entire kitchen is required upfront, leaving customers with no negotiation power. Our experience included several problems: a faulty leaking tap was installed, a broken drawer front was provided, another door was measured incorrectly, the wrong color tape was sent, four appointments were canceled, and overall, the workmanship was poor, taking a total of six weeks!
