We are delighted with our new quartsize kitchen worktops and for the customer service received. Our fitter Chris did a fantastic job installing the tops and was very friendly and professional. Claire was also very friendly and helpful when contacting us following installation. All waste was collected soon afterwards.
From measuring up stage to delivery. And fitting i could not fault this company. Fitter was prompt on the day and he was a very knowledgeable and skilled guy and polite.
Finished project looks great.

From the initial phone call to the installation of our doors, the entire process was incredibly smooth. The representative was very helpful and polite, as were all the staff involved. I have no complaints about the doors, the craftsmanship, or the service, and a huge thank you to the two fitters who installed our doors. They were very courteous, kept everything clean and tidy, and demonstrated excellent skills. I would highly recommend them and the company. The only minor concern is the price of nearly £3,000 for 8 kitchen unit doors and 2 drawer fronts.
Fantastic product. Two fitters on site were very diligent and managed to complete the job in just two days, demonstrating high professionalism and friendliness. They did a wonderful job. I rated it a 4 only because the waste removal service took a bit longer than expected to finish. However, the company acknowledged the delay and made sure everything was completed to satisfaction.
The kitchen looks fantastic, but shortly after installation, we experienced a significant leak under the sink, forcing us to turn off the water. I spent the entire morning dealing with excuses. The leak was severe enough that I had to hire a plumber, which cost me £198. This experience left me quite dissatisfied, and I wouldn't recommend the service based on this incident.
I want to advise potential customers to look into the online group discussing experiences with this service before deciding to proceed with any work. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, the management has not responded, and customer support is virtually nonexistent. The issue is that payment for the entire kitchen is required upfront, leaving customers with no negotiation power. Our experience included several problems: a faulty leaking tap was installed, a broken drawer front was provided, another door was measured incorrectly, the wrong color tape was sent, four appointments were canceled, and overall, the workmanship was poor, taking a total of six weeks!
Outstanding service from beginning to end. The representative arrived punctually, attentively listened to our needs, and identified the doors that matched our requirements. The pricing was more favorable than other estimates we received, which led us to place an order. The representative was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, as was the surveyor who came afterward to verify all measurements. On the installation day, the fitter experienced a minor delay due to traffic but called to inform us. He and his colleague worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job promptly. They were amiable, respectful, and accommodating, even taking on a few additional tasks, such as installing some cables and towel rails that we hadn't initially requested. They tidied up, moved all debris outside for collection, and left us with a beautifully finished kitchen. The cleanup was handled as scheduled a couple of days later by efficient contractors. We are very satisfied with the service and appreciated the follow-up calls to ensure everything was satisfactory.

I had the company come out for a quote, and they initially suggested we would need to remove the cupboards. After clarifying that we only wanted to change the doors, they mentioned it would be costly as they preferred larger jobs. This ended up wasting time for both me and my wife, who took time off work to be present. The price they quoted was indeed high.
