The kitchen installation on 17 November was left unfinished, with missing doors, back panels, essential components, and a damaged sink installed. The fitter returned 10 days later, yet the kitchen was still incomplete: a back panel was still missing, the rail was not fitted, ducting was only partially completed, and all installation debris was left in my flat like a trash room. There were also bent tall-unit doors, scratches, dents, missing LED fittings, and a damaged sink. Despite these issues, the contractor for the worktop threatened to take it away unless I approved it. I was later mistakenly informed that I had 'signed off' on the work. The project was poorly managed, lacking proper site supervision. I was informed on 19 December that the fitter would only be available after the New Year. I waited patiently, only to be told that the missing items could not be delivered in January after I followed up post-New Year. It has now been over 8 weeks, and the kitchen is still not finished. Waiting more than 10 weeks for a missing back panel is unacceptable. This is not the level of service expected from a professional kitchen provider. Additionally, I have just been informed that the tap hole was drilled too small for the tap! I would strongly recommend exercising caution before engaging with this service.
