The kitchen installation on 17 November was left unfinished, with missing doors, back panels, essential components, and a damaged sink. The fitter returned 10 days later, yet the kitchen remained incomplete: a back panel was still absent, the rail was not installed, ducting was only partially completed, and all installation debris was left in my flat like a trash room. There were also bent tall-unit doors, scratches, dents, missing LED fittings, and a damaged sink. Despite these issues, the contractor for the worktop threatened to take it away unless I approved it. I was later mistakenly informed that I had ‘signed off’ on the work. The project was poorly overseen, lacking proper site management. I was informed on 19 December that the fitter would only be available after the New Year. I waited patiently, only to be told that the missing items could not be delivered in January after I followed up post-New Year. It has now been over 8 weeks, and the kitchen is still not finished. Waiting more than 10 weeks for a missing back panel is unacceptable. This is not the level of service expected from a professional kitchen provider. Additionally, I have just been informed that the tap hole was drilled too small for the tap! I would strongly recommend exercising caution before engaging with this service.
I’m appalled by my experience. To start positively, the kitchen design process was excellent. Unfortunately, everything has been a disaster since finalizing the designs and making payment. It has taken over 100 days to nearly complete the kitchen (and it’s still not finished). We have had ill-fitting counters three times, incomplete drawers/cupboards, and general shoddy work. No one takes any accountability for this unacceptable service, failing to communicate basic information with me and not responding to my emails without repeated follow-ups. I have repeatedly suggested compensation for the poor service, yet I never receive a response. For the price point, this is shameful.
After nearly giving up on finding kitchens within a reasonable budget, I stumbled upon a service by chance on social media. Their designs were exactly my taste and had the wow factor I had been searching for over a year, assuming I couldn't afford it. I reached out and was highly recommended to a representative at their location. Speaking to her changed everything. While we went over budget, it was still much more reasonable than other high-end firms, without compromising service or attention to detail. She was incredibly helpful with the design and layout, making the whole project feel achievable rather than overwhelming! I was obsessed with a Mediterranean kitchen with a contemporary urban feel, and she nailed it. The pricing was transparent throughout, and we adjusted as needed. The kitchen has always been significant to me, filled with cherished memories, and it was special to create this space. People still comment on it years later. I feel terrible it took me this long to write this review! Thank you to the team if they read this!

I am thrilled with my kitchen. The entire process, from design to cooking in it, was genuinely enjoyable. The designer really listened and created something perfectly suited to my home and lifestyle. The transition to production and delivery was seamless; everything was perfect, and the cabinets are beautifully crafted. I'm about to start a new project for a holiday rental and will definitely return to the same team.

I honestly can't recommend this service highly enough - creative, organized, and such lovely people to work with.
We have experienced nothing but issues with this service. They miss meetings despite us taking time off work, misordered components, fail to respond to emails, and have ignored over 40 complaints. There is no customer service department, and it’s evident the company is struggling. I wouldn’t risk putting down a deposit with them. Spend your money with a reputable service instead.
