There was no option to deliver to a work address during online checkout. I quickly emailed customer service to request a change in delivery address, but they informed me it wasn't possible. Their response took so long that the item was already dispatched. Since it ships from Sweden, it takes over a week even with FedEx, which is costly for a small item. I couldn't change the address with FedEx, so I had to take time off work to receive it, but it didn't arrive on time, forcing me to take even more time off. I might not order online again.
