The customer service was completely unacceptable. I ordered a cashmere scarf for my husband for Christmas, and although the payment was processed and I chose express shipping, the tracking was never updated. Today, just two days before Christmas, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, leaving me no time to find a replacement. I'm incredibly frustrated that I overlooked the negative reviews. I hope others see these before making a purchase.

I reported the issue right away, but instead of taking responsibility, they sent a scripted response blaming me for not paying extra for security, which wasn’t even clearly offered at checkout. They suggested I deal with my home insurance or file a police report, which is unacceptable after they left the parcel unsecured. It's shocking that this kind of service exists in 2025. I trusted the brand and ignored the negative reviews, but now I regret it completely—those reviews were spot on. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid this company at all costs; I won’t be ordering from them again.
