Disastrous experience with customer service

The customer service was completely unacceptable. I ordered a cashmere scarf for my husband for Christmas, and although the payment was processed and I chose express shipping, the tracking was never updated. Today, just two days before Christmas, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, leaving me no time to find a replacement. I'm incredibly frustrated that I overlooked the negative reviews. I hope others see these before making a purchase.

Surprisingly Great Experience!

I live in Sweden, and after seeing the reviews, I was worried I might not receive my order since it had been 6 business days without any tracking updates. However, it arrived at my door on day 7. The quality is outstanding; I have suit pants that cost $250, and these are better despite being more than half the price. I'm truly impressed by the quality and will definitely purchase again—ignore the negative reviews.

Disappointing quality and support

I received a lovely sweater as a birthday gift, but after wearing it just 2-3 times, a stitch came undone and a hole appeared. Although I don't wear this type of sweater weekly, customer support claimed that because I had worn it a few times and a month had passed, it wasn't a manufacturing defect, so they wouldn't accept a return. This clearly seems like a defect! They consider 2-3 wears as NORMAL WEAR? The quality is poor for the price, and I would think twice before shopping again, especially given their lack of accountability.

Polite but inadequate service

There was no option to deliver to a work address during online checkout. I quickly emailed customer service to request a change in delivery address, but they informed me it wasn't possible. Their response took so long that the item was already dispatched. Since it ships from Sweden, it takes over a week even with FedEx, which is costly for a small item. I couldn't change the address with FedEx, so I had to take time off work to receive it, but it didn't arrive on time, forcing me to take even more time off. I might not order online again.

Not a personal recommendation

I ordered several linen items during the final sale week. The material and color matched the website perfectly and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the fit and quality of the clothes, though that might not be the case for others. I regret my order since I paid €7.90 for something that didn’t meet my expectations.

Very unsatisfied

I spent over £100 on a silk tie that arrived well-packaged but was very lumpy and misshapen. The lining seemed misaligned, and the tie tuck at the back was excessively bulky, negatively impacting its appearance. I'm very disappointed.

Extremely poor service and zero accountability

I can't believe how poorly this company manages deliveries. I ordered a £300 item that was supposedly delivered via 'standard delivery,' which really means they leave it on your doorstep in plain view during the day, take a photo, and move on. No signature or secure handover. If it gets stolen? Tough luck, you're on your own. Customer service was equally unhelpful. I reported the issue right away, but instead of taking responsibility, they sent a scripted response blaming me for not paying extra for security, which wasn’t even clearly offered at checkout. They suggested I deal with my home insurance or file a police report, which is unacceptable after they left the parcel unsecured. It's shocking that this kind of service exists in 2025. I trusted the brand and ignored the negative reviews, but now I regret it completely—those reviews were spot on. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid this company at all costs; I won’t be ordering from them again.

Incorrect product and slow refund

They initially sent me the wrong product and couldn't exchange it due to warehouse location issues. I had to pay to return it, and now it's been nearly a month since I sent it back, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Avoid!
