I visited a local optician to discuss some issues I suspected with a pair of glasses I had made elsewhere. The staff took the time to provide their expertise free of charge, confirming my concerns and revealing additional problems I wasn't aware of. They also made a technical adjustment for one of the simpler issues as a temporary fix and offered further advice. They didn't charge me anything (I hope I'm allowed to mention that!). It's clear that my next pair of glasses will be ordered from here.
