Avoid this pet insurance provider at all costs. They may take care of your pet, but their administrative systems (especially the accounts department) are terrible. They mishandled my renewal this year. I’ve been waiting for a refund since November 10th. I received repeated promises, bounced cheques, and bank payments that never appeared. I have complained, emailed, and called—everything seems to disappear. Almost a month later, they still have my money. It has been very stressful. The next step is to contact the Ombudsman. I have done nothing wrong; their systems have completely failed. I am out of pocket and facing credit card bills without the refunded money, almost overdraft because of a cancelled cheque. Honestly, their service has been unacceptable. I hope they treat pets better than they treat their human clients.
