Steer clear of this pet insurance provider. While they may care for your pet, their internal processes, particularly in the accounts department, are severely lacking. They mishandled my renewal this year, and I have been waiting for a refund since November 10th. I’ve received repeated assurances, bounced cheques, and bank payments that never came through. Despite my complaints, emails, and calls, it feels like my concerns have vanished into a void. Almost a month later, they still have my money. It’s been frustrating and stressful. Next step is to involve the Ombudsman. I haven’t done anything wrong; their systems have completely failed me. I am facing credit card bills without the refunded money and am close to overdraft due to a cancelled cheque they sent. Honestly, their service has been unacceptable. I can only hope they treat our pets better than they do their human clients.
