The service in the UK was fantastic, but the experience in Sydney fell short. The team members were exceptional, handling our belongings with care and organization, resulting in minimal damage. However, the local partner in Sydney did not meet the same standards. The operational team there was unresponsive, and the removalist only left boxes in the garage instead of distributing them to the proper rooms or assembling the furniture, which was disappointing as outlined in the contract. I don’t hold the removalists responsible, as it was the office’s duty to communicate the service I paid for. Additionally, they misinformed me about the insurance claim period, which added to my inconvenience. Despite these issues, I rated them five stars due to the excellent service I received in the UK.
