The service in the UK was outstanding, but unfortunately, the experience in Sydney was lacking. Kenny and Jude were fantastic; they handled our belongings with great care and attention. Everything was well-organized, and there was minimal damage. However, their partner in Sydney did not meet the same standards. The local operations team was quite unresponsive, and the removalists simply left all the boxes in the garage instead of placing them in the designated rooms or unpacking and assembling the furniture as promised in the contract. This was disappointing, and I believe the office should have communicated the services I had paid for to the removalists. Additionally, they incorrectly informed me that I had two months to file an insurance claim when it was only one month (thankfully, I double-checked with the UK office!). This oversight left me to hire a personal handyman, unpack heavy furniture, and move boxes from the garage to the bedrooms myself. While I would rate them three stars due to these issues, I’m giving five stars because of the excellent service I received in the UK from the initial quote to the work done by Gill, Kenny, and Jude.
