Unfortunately, I've received several electrical items that simply do not function, including two robot vacuum cleaners. Exercise caution with your purchases; if an item isn't in the featured section, assume it may be defective or missing essential parts, even if the description doesn't mention any issues. I've also had some items refunded due to them being lost or not delivered. Overall, I feel the quality and service have significantly deteriorated since I began shopping.
