Not a reliable customer service. I won and paid for a dinner set. When it arrived I noticed 2 of the plates are broken due the poor packaging. I wrote back and complained. I said that ai wish to return them as I do not pay for an incomplete set. No use if the plates are broken. They asked for pictures. I send they asked more pictures I send again after. 5 weeks they are saying they can offer 3 pounds reduction! I had bought many times before but this last experience was unbelievable. I think they try to rip you off and not taking responsibility for their faults. Now my purchase always not very expensive but I have to give it to charity as I am not using half set! I will never buy again. Recommend you to think twice if you purchase a fragile item.

Be very careful! I won at auction several electrical/electronic items - I had used them extensively prior and was accepting that items were untested and 'sold as seen'.
I recently received parcels via their nominated courier company, they were thrown from the back of the van and subsequently received catastrophic damage. It was raised as an issue with photos and facts in line with their terms and conditions.
For approximately £300 outlay and 10 days of stress, they made me an offer of £33 as I hadn't attended the viewing (the photos may not show the condition of the lot apparently - one item I bought showed a Samsung microwave that looked OK in their photos, received with shattered door and distorted housing). They arrange packing and delivery but take no responsibility even though their terms and conditions don't reflect.
Be cautious with this site—they are scammers. I purchased a microwave that looked fine in the photos, but when it arrived, it was broken and didn’t work. They refused to issue a refund, claiming it was my problem. I know others who have bought from them and discovered their products were fake or replicas. They are ripping off the public—avoid buying from them.
Stay Away - Wish I had found the review section before purchasing. Awful customer service team, if you get a response its an automated reply with no help. Description misleading, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. stay away from this auction house!
I purchased an air fryer, and it doesn't work at all. Upon reaching out to the company, they declined to accept a return or provide any assistance. This experience has been a total waste of money and feels quite deceptive. I'm extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this.
Completely unacceptable experience! Avoid this place. Purchased a vehicle that was claimed to be operational, only to discover the engine had seized and it had been listed in multiple auctions. When I raised my concerns, the staff merely pushed the car out of the gate, closed it, and dismissed me with ‘Your problem!’ This is utterly appalling and misleading advertising. I plan to take legal action against the company. A warning to everyone: steer clear. I later called to file a complaint, but was told I couldn't speak to any management and the call was disconnected. Beware of these dishonest sellers; they need to be shut down!
Completely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller; they offer low-quality items disguised in appealing packaging. There was no indication of whether the items were functional or not. I tried five different products, and all arrived either broken or incomplete, rendering them useless. Additionally, there’s no option to upload pictures to demonstrate the poor condition of the items, despite their appealing packaging.
I have purchased numerous items over the past few years, but I've noticed a decline in the accuracy of the descriptions. Unfortunately, I've received several electrical items that simply do not function, including two robot vacuum cleaners. Exercise caution with your purchases; if an item isn't in the featured section, assume it may be defective or missing essential parts, even if the description doesn't mention any issues. I've also had some items refunded due to them being lost or not delivered. Overall, I feel the quality and service have significantly deteriorated since I began shopping.
I had a terrible experience with the service. I won an auction for two items but only received one. I even have video evidence. I really wanted the item that wasn't delivered, and despite reaching out for assistance multiple times, they seem to want me to give up. It looks like I may need to pursue small claims court.
